Split muffin and set aside.Spray Pam in bottom of small plasic cerea bowlBreak egg into bowl and stir to blend white and yolk.Cover with cheese square and slice of ham.Microwave on high till egg is done, no longer runny.Place bowl over one slice of opened muffin and tap on bottom of bowl to release the egg/cheese/ham combo.Top with remaining slice of muffin and eat or wrap and reheat later(at the office).
