Here is how you make Morning Omelette:

This recipe makes one personal omelette. First either microwave or gently cook the spinach over medium heat. (If it is frozen microwave it, if it is fresh gently saute until starting to wilt)Using medium-high heat place 1 tbsp of Extra Light Olive Oil in small pan and swirl to cover all edges, pour 1 cup liquid egg whites into center of pan and wait for solid bottom base to form. Then begin to swirl excess egg white onto sides of pan. When all egg white is nearly cooked and has begun to gel, gently flip it onto its other side (dont be discouraged if you mess this up a couple times...you will get the hang of it.)
