1/4 cup Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 t Sea Salt
1/4 t Pepper

Here is how you make Muffin Frittata:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix egg whites, skim milk, salt and pepper. Add diced pepper and cheese and mix together. Spray muffin tins and then put approximately 1/4 cup of mixture in each cup. Place in ovenBake 20 - 25 minutes, or until done. My recipe made 9 frittatas. With the nutritional information so low, you could eat more then one.
