Here is how you make Tamera's Sunshine Fresh Apple Muffins:

Combine wet ingredients together.Combine dry ingredients together in another bowl except pecans. Combine both wet and dry together to form batter. Mix well but do not over beat. Grease muffin pans. Place batter in muffin cups. ( I recommend not using liners since you want the muffins to have a nice coating on them.)Put chopped nuts on top of muffins. Bake 350 degrees until nicely brown.
