1. Mix flour, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, mixed spice and the 375g portion of sugar in a large mixing bowl.2. Place eggs, oil, milk, vanilla essence and squeeze of lemon in a seperate bowl, whisk to combine.3. Mix wet ingredients gently into dry ingredients to combine.
