Preheat the over to 400 degrees. Mix the Fiber One, egg sub, almond breeze and vanilla together and let sit for ten minutes. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt together and add to the Fiber One blend. Add the frozen blueberries and fill a greased muffin tin. Chop up the almonds and sprinkle on top. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
