Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.2. In medium mixing bowl combine All-Bran and buttermilk. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg, molasses, and ground flax. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined (too much stirring will result in a tough muffin). Portion evenly into nine to twelve 2 -1/2" muffin pan cups which can be coated with cooking spray, I didn't have any and they came out fine.3.
