Oven 400F.- Soak to soften cereal and cransins in milk for 5 mintues.- Meanwhile, mix together flour (use your fav flour or flour mix), 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 to 3 tablespoons of stevia leaf powder, a pinch of salt, and your fav spice mix (I used cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, turmeric)- Mash up half a avocado (about 1/3 cup), stir in a tablespoon of honey- Stir lightly beaten egg and avocado-honey mix into cereal, then stir the mixture into flour mixture- Bake! 20-25 minutes in total.
