Dry ingredients:
15 oz. bran cereal
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 tsp EACH: cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves

Liquids:
1 c. vegetable oil
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients together in a very large bowl. In separate bowl, mix liquids. Then combine. Bake in greased muffin pans (or baking cups) at 400 for 15-18 minutes.

(Applesauce can be substituted for oil, but muffins will be kinda tough)
Muffins can be frozen and microwaved whenever you want one! Enjoy!
