The amount of servings is only an estimate, but I am pretty sure this makes about 60 muffins. (If you choose to make them all at one time, these keep well in the freezer).Put one cup of Bran in one cup of boiling water. Let stand and add last. Mix all of the following in a large mixing bowl: 2 c. All- Bran, sugar, raisins, flour,soda, and salt. Add the oil, eggs, buttermilk, then add soaked Bran and stir. Pour into a bowl and cover tightly. Use as needed in a well-greased muffin pan or paper liners. Bake in Pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 20 min.
