1 1/2 c Kellogs All Bran cereal
1 c flour
2 ts baking powder
1 ts salt ( I usually just add a shake of salt)
1/3 c brown sugar firmly packed

Here is how you make Molasses All-Bran Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first four ingredients. Stir in bran cereal. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in brown sugar. Add bran mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Spray pam or use paper liners in 12 muffin tins.
