Here is how you make Morning Glory Bran-Flax Muffins:

In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat pastry flour, ground flaxseed meal, ground oatmeal, sucanat, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots, apples, raisins and nuts. In a smaller bowl, combine low-fat buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Do not over mix. Fill 24 muffin cups.
