Here is how you make Muffins with Carrots, Bran and Flax:

Mix together all dry ingredients except sweet and low, carrots & walnuts. Mix together all wet ingredients, eggs, milk, & vanilla. Add wet ingredianta to dry then add the carrots and walnuts. Mix together but don't overmix or they will be tought.
