1/6 Cup Sugar (you can use more if you like them really sweet)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1 Egg, large (or 2 egg whites)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Large Peach (fresh, diced)


How Do I Make Peach Bran Muffins?

Here is how you make Peach Bran Muffins:

1. Combine the flour, bran, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder and mix well. Add the yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract and stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in the peaches. 2. Coat large muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray, and fill 3/4 full with the batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. 3. Remove the muffin tin from the oven, and allow it to cool for several minutes before removing them from the tin.
