Preheat oven to 350 F. Add all wet ingredients in a mix bag. Set aside for five minutes. Lightly salt. Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients except for the oats and Turbino. Blend dry and wet mix. Spray muffin pan with Butter spray. Spoon in blend. Sprinkle with oats, light salt and Turbino sugar. Bake for 25 minutes. Spray with butter spray and let cool for five minutes.
