1. Grind the almonds in the blender. 2. Warm the butter, ricotta, and 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the microwave and blend well with a fork. 3. Add the egg, the butter mixture, vanilla, spices, baking powder, and 1 packet of Splenda to the blender with the almonds. 4.
