1 cup 2% milk (or lower %-adjust calories)

Here is how you make Candi's Eggfee Cherry Poppy Seed Muffins:

Combine dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Blend all wet ingredients in seperate bowl, pour into dry mixture stirring just until moistened. Gently stir in cherries and orange peel. Fill 12 paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full.Bake at 400 degrees F oven for 18-22 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
