1/4 cup Peach Yogurt
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Frosting
2 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp milk
4 tbsp shortening
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt

Here is how you make Cinnamon Roll Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two muffin pans. Dissolve a little bit of sugar in warm water, add yeast. Let this mixture sit until frothy, 5-10 min. Meanwhile, combine flours, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.Add yeast mixture, eggs, vanilla, and butter. Mix well.Use an ice cream scoop, filling it half full, to transfer dough to greased pans. Let the dough raise in the pans.Mix the filling (optional-- you may use your choice of jelly or preserves). Combine all of the dry ingredients, mix well. Add yogurt and vegetable oil.
