Mix 1 cup of the flour and the baking powder in a large bowl. set aside. Combine 2 cups of the cereal and the milk in a medium bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Add 12 teaspoons (1/4 cup) of the splenda brown sugar blend, the eggs, and 1/4 cup butter. Mix well. add to the flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in chopped cranberries. Spoon batter evenly into 12 paper lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full. Mix remaining 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup cereal and 6 teaspoons (2 tablespoons) splenda brown sugar blend in a small bowl. Mix. Sprinkle evenly over batter in muffin cups. Bake 18-19 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Left over muffins can be frozen for up to 6 months. Thaw at room temperature then gently warm in microwave.
