Stir in the flax seeds, and make a well in the center.Combine egg, milk, and sugar in a smaller bowl. Puree avocado meat with lemon juice, and add to the small bowl. Mix until well combined. Pour the wet mixture into the well in the dry mixture, along with the craisins. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mix just until all ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix!Spoon batter evenly into muffin tin, filling each about halfway. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to stand in tin for 10 minutes.Run knife around the edges of muffins to loosen.
