Here is how you make Cheesy Egg Muffins w/Ham:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion and bell pepper. Add diced ham to saute pan. In large bowl mix egg white substitute, cheese, and sauted onion, pepper, and ham. Fill each muffin cup evenly with mixture. Gently stir the contents of each cup. Each cup should be about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for about 25-35 minutes. When the muffins are done, loosen them with a knife before taking them out of the muffin pan.
