2 tsp. xanthan gum
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
1 Cup Organic sugar

WET
1/4 cup honey
2 large egg whites
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 3/4 cup water
1/2 cup Stoneyfield plain, lowfat yogurt
2 tsp. sunflower oil


OPTIONAL ADD-INS
2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 tsp. maple flavoring
1 tsp. each ground cinnamon and ginger
2 T. Sugar for sprinkling (included in nutritional analysis)
May add nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, fruit, any other spice or flavorings
