Spoon into well greased muffin pan. Bake in 400? F oven for 15-20 minutes. These muffins are crumbly so I would not recommend using cupcake liners, they will fall apart when you try to take them out. Makes 18 muffins. These are delicious w/brown butter (not included in nutritional info)!! To make brown butter, cream together 2tbsp smart balance w/1/4 tsp cinnamon & 1/2 tsp brown sugar!
