Preheat oven to 400?F. Combine pancake mix, preserves, cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp pecans, until smooth. Spoon batter into lightly greased mini muffin cups. Combine remaining 2 Tbsp pecans and brown baking sweetener. Sprinkle on top of and press lightly into batter. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
