Here is how you make Oat Flaxseed Muffins:

Blend together flour, flaxseed meal, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in carrots, apples, and raisins (and nuts if you are using them). Combine milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into muffin mixture and blend well until all ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix.Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
