In large bowl combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add 1/4 cup granulated to fructose to cranberries and chop finely. In another bowl, combine rest of granulated fructose with yogurt, egg whites, and orange juice and whisk until frothy. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and blend gently until moistened. Fold in chopped cranberries and walnuts.
