Preheat to 350Combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in medium bowl. Then combine slightly beaten eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil / applesauce in blender. Mix well before adding dry ingred. Stir in morsels and spoon into sprayed muffin pan. Bake muffins for 21 - 23 minutes or mini-muffins for 14 minutes.Cool on rack for 5 minutes and then remove from pan.
