3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
(1 Tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 Tbsp warm water)
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup honey
2/3 cups raisins (or blueberries)

Here is how you make Flaxseed Raisin Muffins:

Combine 1 Tbsp flaxseed with 3 Tbsp warm water for your egg substitute.Mix all remaining dry ingredients. Combine all liquid ingredients. Blend wet into dry. Blend in raisins.Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, but DO keep an eye on them.Though I haven't made these in a while (due to falling off the wagon!!)
