Saute onion and peppers in a pan (coated with Pam.)Add sausage to warm. In a bowl, combine milk and egg. Add salt/pepper or other seasonings to taste. I use silicon bake-ware, so I don't grease my pan. If using metal, Pam the muffin tin! Place sausage, pepper and onion in the bottom of the muffin tin. Pour egg mixture on top.
