Here is how you make Cracked Wheat Muffins:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 12-muffin tin. Over medium heat, bring cracked wheat and water to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cover. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add raisins; set aside for 3 minutes.2. In large bowl, sift or whisk together dry ingredients.3. In smaller bowl, combine wet ingredients and cooked cereal/raisin mixture.4. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Stir until just combined. (It should still look a bit floury.)5. Spray ice-cream scoop with Pam baking spray (or any nonstick spray).
