Ingredients for Muffins:
3/4 cup of All purpose white flour
3/4 cup of Whole Wheat flour
3/4 c up of Sugar
2 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of salt

I throw all of this in a bowl and then the following in a 1 cup liquid measuring cup and then add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

Liquid Ingredients:
1/3 cup of Vegetable or Canola Oil
1 large egg
1/3 cup of milk (maybe a little more to fill up the cup)

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry one and mix well.

Then add:
2 cups of frozen blueberries unthawed

Fold in blueberries with the other ingredients and spoon into muffin cups


For the Crumb Topping:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup of butter, cubed
1 & 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Mix all of this together and sprinkle crump topping onto muffins before putting them in the oven to bake for about 20 - 25 minutes at 400 degrees
