5.25 ounces sugar (about 3/4 cup)
2 eggs, large
8.5 ounces White Whole Wheat flour (about 2 cups) (this is whole wheat flour that has a milder taste--you can use regular whole wheat if you want)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen. Wild Maine blueberries if you can find them in your store work the very best.

Optional Topping: 1 TB sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon
