Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In a small mixing bowl, mix the oat bran and hot milk. Set aside to cool. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients and set aside. After the oat bran has cooled, mix in the rest of the wet ingredients. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
