Keep aside.Add 1 tbsp of sunflower oil.Add in mustard seeds when oil becomes hot.When it splutters, add it the chopped green chillie (2 tbsp) and grated ginger (1 tsp).Add in Cashews (or almonds / peanuts of your choice)Add in onions and saute for 1 to 2 mins.
