The consistency may be thick, so add about 2 oz. unsweetened almond milk to the bowl.Mix in the 4 packets of Splenda.Add a few raisins (1/2 a small box full or less, because they contain alot of calories).Sometimes I'll add a dollop of Fat-free Cool Whip.If you want to keep your calories low, omit the raisins, but keep in mind that your breakfast should always be hearty.
