Here is how you make Hungry Girl Cinna-Apple Oatmeal:

In a large bowl, mix apples with 1 tbsp of brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir to coat apples well. Transfer to the crock pot.In the empty bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except the butter (oats, milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, syrup, and salt). Add 1 cup water and mix well.Add oat mixture to the crock pot, and gently stir.
