Here is how you make Fruity oatmeal bake:

In a large saucepan, heat the milk so that it is not quite boiling. Add the apples, and sugar as it is heating. (I chop the apples directly into the pan) Add the oats, sugar, and spices and stir well. Heat until just boiling and pour into a heat proof casserole dish. (I use a 9x13 Pyrex) Cover with foil, and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot, or if you allow it to cool completely, it can be sliced into bars.Makes 8 servings or a dozen bars.
