1 cup almonds (chopped)
.5 cup craisins
2 cups milk
2 extra large eggs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 scoops whole foods vanilla whey protein powder

Here is how you make Oatmeal Almond Craisin Bake:

1. Preheat oven to 375?F. Prepare a 9 X 13 baking dish using your favorite non-stick method (cooking spray, oil & flour, non-stick pan, etc).2. In a large bowl, mix together dry items (oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, protein powder). If desired, mix in only half the nuts and half the berries, reserving the rest to decorate the top.3. In another large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, butter and vanilla extract.4. Put the oat mixture in the baking dish. Spread evenly, and arrange any remaining berries and nuts on the top.5. Gently pour the milk mixture over the oat mixture, shaking the baking dish a little to help the milk mixture go throughout the oats. (Make sure the whole mixture is saturated.)6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is nicely golden brown and the milk mixture has set. 7. Cut into servings when cool.
