1 T chopped walnuts
1t baking powder
2 C non fat milk
1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
2 T canola oil
1 large egg
cooking spray

Here is how you make Amish Baked Oatmeal with Xylitol:

Prepare and refrigerate overnightCombine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, and mix.Combine the 1 1/2 cups of milk, applesauce, oil, and egg. Add milk mixture to oat mixture; mix well.Pour into an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. (I use a rectangle dish of about the same dimensions)Add the other 1/2 cup milk in the morning and mix in the morning before baking. Bake at 375F for 60 min.
