Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with non stick spray.In saucepan over medium low heat, heat milk, brown sugar, margarine, salt and cinnamon until the sugar is dissolved and the margarine is melted, about 3 minutes.Remove from heat and add the oats, apples, raisins, walnuts and vanilla extract.Spoon the mixture into the casserole dish.
