Here is how you make Baked Blueberry Cheesecake Oatmeal:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x6 casserole dish.Using a stick blender, whip up the egg whites, yogurt, and vanilla until fluffy.Add the oats, baking powder, and 2 teaspoons of the brown sugar. Mix well. Place half the oat mixture into the bottom of the greased casserole dish. Spread the cottage cheese over the oat mixture. Place about 2/3 cup of the blueberries on top of the cottage cheese. Cover the cottage cheese and the blueberries with the rest of the oat mixture, the remaining few blueberries, and sprinkle 2 teaspoons brown sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour.
