Mix oats, buttermilk, oil, and honey and spread into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Let this mixture soak overnight on counter. In morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle baking powder, cinnamon, and salt over the soaked oats. Pour the beaten eggs over and mix til combined. Add blueberries.
