Here is how you make Baked peach (steel cut) oatmeal:

Heat oven to 375 F.Place milk and oats in over medium heat and bring to a boil. add other ingredients except egg substitute, bring back to a boil. Just before putting in oven, add egg substitute. I use my dutch oven so I just place the lid on and put that right in the oven. Otherwise use a glass 8x8 baking dish with a lid, spray the pan liberally with oil. Bake covered for 35 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Turn off oven, take lid off and allow the top to darken a little in the residual heat (5-10 minutes).You can add extra sweetener or milk if you think it needs it.
