1/2 cup Ideal No Calorie Brown Sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Here is how you make Libbie's LiveFit Baked Oatmeal:

Preheat oven to 375. Mix cereal, Ideal, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix almond milk, apple sauce and the egg whites. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into an 8 inch glass baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven.
