Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line casserole dish (9X14 or whatever you have) with parchment and spray with non-stick baking spray. Mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, ginger, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl. Mix well.In another bowl, mix milk, applesauce, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir well to combine.Pour liquid mixture over the oat mixture. Stir until combined. Fold in chopped pears and apple.Spoon into prepared casserole. Smooth out evenly. Bake, uncovered for 35-45 minutes until apples are fork tender.Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Cut into 8 servings. Cool completely before wrapping up and placing it in airtight container.
