1/2 t baking powder
1 C pumpkin puree

1/2 C egg substitute
3 T brown sugar twin

How Do I Make Pineapple Baked Oatmeal?

Here is how you make Pineapple Baked Oatmeal:

Preheat oven to 375 F.Spray 9" pan with Pam.Place pineapple rings in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp brown sugar twin and 2 tbsp honey.Bake 15 minutes.Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine oatmeal, spices, baking powder and 1/8 C nuts. Sprinkle over baked pineapple.In separate bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg substitute an brown sugar. Pour over oatmeal and spread evenly but do not stir.Sprinkle with nuts.Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
