My husband and I adore this recipe! You can use any kind of fresh or frozen fruit. I've used strawberries, peaches, and apples. Every kind I've tired is great! I know that this is not low fat, but you're welcome to use whatever fat content you desire. I'm personally not a believer in low fat.
