Here is how you make Kashi Oatmeal Breakfast Bar:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix. Add all wet ingredients together in a small bowl and mix. Add applesauce mixture to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Line a 9x12 pan with parchment paper. Add mixed ingredients into pan. Put your hand in a plastic sandwich bag and pack down the mixture into the pan evenly. Bake 25 minutes at 325. Cut into bars while still warm. Let cool thoroughly.
