I measure milk in a 2 cup Pyrex cup & warm in microwave. Then put in sauce pan and heat to medium high until barely beginning to bubble.Add the oats.. Reduce heat to medium for 5 minutes. Stir often.REMOVE from heat, ADD the Maple flavoring. COVER. Allow to sit for about 3 minutes to thicken. Stir again well before serving.Store leftovers in the refrigerator. Measure amount needed into microwave safe bowl. Microwave until warm. Most likely will need to add milk. 2 servings for adults.4 servings for me or a child.
