Here is how you make Maple Cinna-Raisin Oatmeal Replacement Breakfast Bars:

1. Preheat oven to 325F and spray 9x13 inch pan.2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and sift a bit with a fork to avoid clumps, then add the wet ingredients and mix. 3. Wet your hands and press it into the pan. 4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until looking brown.5. Don't try to cut it until it's cooled or they'll fall apart. Cut them into 24 bars and stick them in the freezer to pull out as needed.6.
